A small white box with a summery secret. The Zirpybox Classic White by Relaxound fills the room with the soft chirping of crickets as you pass: a motion sensor starts the natural sound, which stops automatically after about two minutes.
Its clean white finish blends into modern interiors, so it reads as a decorative object first and a piece of technology second. Set it in the entrance, on a bookshelf or in the guest bathroom, wherever a short, calming pause is welcome. Guests almost always stop and ask where the sound is coming from, which makes it a delightful, original gift.
