The Thirsty rider, Position 5, brings a touch of humour to the Bernard & Eddy peloton, a little reminder of the hard-earned drink stop on a long stage.
Bernard & Eddy riders first appeared in the 1930s, when the Tour de France used a publicity caravan to showcase national teams. Today each miniature is hand-painted and one of a kind, representing a nation or an iconic Tour de France jersey.
Display it on a desk, bookshelf or bar cart, line it up with other positions to create your own race scene, or wrap it as a characterful gift for a cycling fan.
